Policies

• Apparel items can be returned within 7 days, unworn, with tag still attached
• Accessory items cannot be returned unless the error is the fault of Barely Friendly
• We require the customer to provide us with the image and/or design for their apparel, emails not answered within 24 hours will result in the order being refunded.  
• Total order amounts may change due to flexible shipping prices, we will do everything we can to avoid changes. 
• All customer service is by email.  Email is the fastest way to receive assistance
